Alberto Ruggieri was born in Rome in 1963. He graduated from the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma. His images have appeared in newspapers and magazines in Italy and around the world. He has also illustrated children’s books and book covers for several publishers. In the 90’s, Alberto was the author of a series of comic stories published in the Italian monthlies “Frigidaire" and "Il Grifo." He has received numerous awards including the Silver 'Italian Art Directors Club' in 1995. Alberto was a finalist at the 10th Annual London International (1995) and the New York Festival's International Advertising Awards (1996). His work is in personal collections and collective exhibitions in Italy and abroad.
