Artist Profile: Stanley Martucci

Stanley Martucci began his career as an illustrator after earning a degree in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. He has worked on over 1,000 book jacket covers for most of the major publishing houses as well as numerous ad campaigns and award winning covers for The Village Voice. Stanley’s work has been featured in numerous Society of Illustrators annuals as well as Spectrum. He has been on the faculty of the School of Visual Arts since 1985 where he teaches a popular course called “Animals and Creatures in Illustration".
