Artist Profile: Michael Stanley

Michael has been a graphic designer and art director for many years, developing his passion for illustration along the way. Michael graduated with a degree in illustration and has been an advertising and editorial art director for many years. He has always used illustration as a way of communicating what a photograph can't always convey. Using his own illustrations, commissioning illustrators, as well as purchasing stock illustrations from the Illustration Source for the magazines he art directs has been his solution to get the job done. His images provide concise and insightful commentary on a host of topics including the workplace, health and healthcare, empowerment, equality, politics and business.
