Katie packs her vibrant universal images with radiance, joy and color. In today’s hi-tech, information loaded world, her images achieve a profound, emotional connection with the viewer. Some of her favorite themes are world peace, the holidays, spirituality, wellness, personal growth & transformation, learning, love, healing, and the joy found in simplicity. Katie’s images are inspirational and have been extremely successful helping to raise funds for many charitable causes and organizations. Her inspiring and powerful images have also been widely published around the globe in many different markets including greeting cards, gift cards and packaging, book, magazine and CD covers, posters, stamps, and for advertising and corporate use. A new market for Katie is the pharmaceutical industry where there is a growing trend of combining medical breakthroughs with the human element of hope and healing. Katie also works as a therapeutic art facilitator at Mountainside Treatment Center where she gives workshops for clients, using art and mindfulness to create pathways to greater self- awareness, healing and recovery from addiction.
