Artist Profile: Astrid Dininno

Colombian born Astrid Dininno moved to the USA at the age of eleven. As a teenager, Astrid studied art, art history and architecture in Florence, Italy and London, England before returning to the US to continue her studies and obtain her bachelor's degree. For years she was primarily a fine artist who assisted her husband, illustrator Steve Dininno before deciding to embark on her own career as an illustrator. From the start, Astrid created luminous, painterly images with concepts that rank among the best in the field. Among her many clients are: Amana, Boeing, Falkner and Gray, Fidelity Investments, Harvard Business Review, John Wiley and Sons, MIT, Novartis Pharmaceutics, The United States Postal Service, Young and Rubicam, The Washington Post, and many more. Astrid lives and works in upstate NY with Steve and their 2 cats.
