Artist Profile: Yves Lefevre

Yves Lefevre (1935 – 2020) was born in Mussy-La-Ville, Belgium, and lived in France. He studied at Les Beaux-Arts in Liege, and worked at advertising agencies from 1967 through 1973. In 1974 Yves dedicated himself fully to freelance work. His work has been published worldwide in magazines, books, and advertising for companies such as Ogilvy and Mather, The National Railway Company of Belgium, The Belgian Post, Le Figaro Magazine, Esso Magazine Benelux, le monde de l’Education, and RTBF/Belgian Radio-television of the French Community. He was published three times in Graphis Annual, and awarded the Graphics Chromocard Awards in 1995 (Stockholm), and Best Graphic Designer in 1996 (Paris).
